Gerard endeavour to have your order dispatched on the same day as the order is received during normal working hours Monday – Friday, however if an order is received after 2 pm on a Friday the order will not be dispatched until the Monday.

Delivery Rules & Restrictions

  • All parcels are delivered by DPD
  • Gerard endeavour to have your order dispatched on the same day as the order is received during normal working hours, however if an order is received after 14:00 it will not be dispatched until the next working day.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom
  • To ensure your order is processed efficiently your order may arrive in separate parcels, you will not be charged extra for this.
