We hope that you will love everything you buy from Gerard, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note and we will process a full refund for your order. You can return an item to us for by posting it to us or by taking it to your nearest store.

Returns by Post
  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Complete the return slip at the bottom of your return sheet with your name, order number, items you are returning and include in your returns package.
  3. Cover your address label with the Gerard address label provided.
  4. Return the package by using the Post Office.
Returns in Store
  1. Take the item(s) you wish to return to a store. Click here to find your nearest store
  2. Bring with you your order receipt which was sent with your parcel as a proof of purchase.
  3. You will be refunded to your original payment method. I.e. credit card, debit card, paypal
  4. You can also exchange your purchase for another item of the same value or more in store.

Returns Rules & Restrictions

  • When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days of your order arriving back with us
